
What you can do do protect us and others
While it is our desire to provide you with the cleanest, safest environment possible, there are a few things that clients will be required to do:

Clients will now be required to update their intake form prior to each appointment. The intake form will include COVID-19 screening questions. The intake form will be emailed to clients with their appointment reminder 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Clients will be required to have their temperature taken at the time of arrival for their appointment. If temperature is 100 degrees or higher, the appointment will be canceled. Healing Palms Massage Therapy (HPMT) staff will contact the client to reschedule or clients can reschedule online. Clients must be fever free for at least 72 hours before services can be provided.

Clients will be verbally screened upon arrival for any COVID-19 symptoms. While we understand these questions are personal and uncomfortable, they are necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients. Please be honest and answer truthfully.

Clients will be required to wear a face covering at all times while in the HPMT office. Face covering will be required except when face down on the massage table.

Clients will be asked to wash their hands after disrobing and before lying on the massage table. Hand sanitizer will also be provided in the clinic room and reception area.

Clients will be requested to schedule and prepay appointments online, if possible. This will reduce the time in the office and interaction with items in the office.

Only two (2) clients will be allowed in the office at any time. One in the clinic room and one in the reception area.
