HPMT is following all Federal, State, and Local guidelines in regard to reopening and conducting business.

When you arrive at the HPMT office you will see the following new notifications:

• HPMT Safe Reopening Plan will be posted on the entrance door, in the reception area, and in the clinic room.

• Other sinage will also be present to indicate that face coverings, social distancing, and symptom screening will be required.
